Scriptures: We believe that the Holy Bible is the written Word of the Living God. We believe it was inspired by the Holy Spirit. (Hebrews 4:12; 1 Peter 1:23-25; and 2 Peter 1:19-21).
God and The Trinity: We believe in one God revealed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost…making up the blessed Trinity. (Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:18-20, John 1:1-14, John 14:5-14, Matthew 3:16,17; 1 John 5:6,7).
Jesus, God and Man: Jesus Christ, the Son of God and second person of the Trinity, is God. He is equal to the Father. According to the plan of God, the eternal Son became a man. He was made like us, except for his sinlessness. (John 1:1-14, John 3:16, , John 14:5-14, John 10:22-39, Galatians 4:1-7, Luke 1:26-38, Matthew 1:18-24).
Man: We believe that man, in his natural state, is deeply and unconditionally loved by God, but in need of reconciliation via the gift of His Son. This is referred to as a ‘born again’ experience. (Romans 3:19-23; Ephesians 2:1,2,12; John 3:3).
Salvation: We believe salvation is attained through repentance toward God for sin and a personal, earnest faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Salvation is possible only through God’s grace by faith, not by our works. (Acts 3:19,20; Ephesians 2:8-10). Water Baptism should follow (Mark 16:16).
Unity: Spiritual unity of all believers who comprise the Church, the body of Christ.
Blood Atonement: We believe in the saving power of the blood of Jesus and His imputed righteousness (Acts 4:12; Ephesians 1:3-14).
Resurrection: We believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ (John 20:24-29).
Second Coming: We believe in the visible, bodily return of Christ Jesus to this earth, to meet His Church (Bride) and to judge the world (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10)
Holy Spirit: We believe the Holy Spirit to be the third person of the Trinity whose purpose in the redemption of man is to convict of sin, and guide the believer into all truth (John 7:37-39, 14:16,17, 16:7-14; Acts 2:1-18).
Holiness: We believe by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, the believer is Holy, now blameless before God, sanctified by Christ’s righteousness. (Hebrews 10:10)
Vision: Christ’s great commission to the Church to go into all the world and share the gospel truth to every person and impart vision and hope to humanity (Matthew 28:18-20).
